Cannot praise Rachel enough, what a a warm and loving eulogy she gave for my husbands funeral. And Rachel herself was such an easy person to share our memories of my husband with, thank you, Rachel,you made it that bit more bearable.

Rachel was an excellent celebrant for my mother's funeral. She was very compassionate and funny (I think keeping a funeral as light as possible is key). She was very diligent in taking details and her eulogy was extremely accurate. It was delivered with feeling, poise and eloquence. She was approachable, down to earth and very easy to deal with. She provided lots of very useful guidance and advice prior to the service. I would have no difficulty in recommending her. She made a difficult process more bearable. Can't ask for more than that.

I would recommend Rachel 100% and more,Rachel was our rock guiding myself and son through how sad we felt,to telling stories,pickng poems and music talking about the grandkids,fortunately Rachel met the yougest grandson and he was telling little stories he remembered. We couldn't have hoped for a more fitting service for my Dad and a large part of that was down to Rachel. She was engaging throughout the whole process and we felt like she really took the time to get to know the kind of man he was which ensured that all the family and friends got a very personal, endearing and special service that highlighted how well loved and respected he was. It truly was a celebration of a life well lived but tragically cut short and Rachel helped to highlight the amazing achievements and positive outlook on life he had which came through. Rachel Jaconelli conducted my Mums celebration of life service and we could not have wished for a better person. As soon as we met Rachel we knew she was going to do my Mum proud and she did. Everyone commented on what a beautiful service it was and a few people asked if Rachel was a family friend because of how well she seemed to know Mum and us. Her attention to detail was 1st class. We cannot thank her enough and would most definitely recommend her.

Rachel is one of the warmest, kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She carried out the service for my fathers funeral today, and encapsulated everything about him. She spent the time with our family getting to know us and getting to know what made my father the greatest husband, dad and papa. I honestly can not thank Rachel enough for making what would have been and awful process, so full of joy and happy memories of my father.

My dads service was on Tuesday by Rachel and I was very happy Rachel without meeting my dad had him down to a t service was delivered well and Rachel was such a comfort to us all at our time of need 

Rachel went completely above and beyond for my family and I during one of the hardest times of our lives. I truly truly could not begin to even thank her enough for all she done. she captured my papa beautifully, and was such a friendly face when needed most.

He was one in a million and you really got that across.......I know he’s back with gran now. Rachel carried out the service for my mum. We had seen Rachel before and new instantly we would use her. She came to visit my husband and I and put us both at ease. Rachel took all the information we gave her and she wrote about my mum as if she had known her. Sadly 1 month later my wee Mum passed away and the family definitely knew who we wanted to conduct the service, and that was Rachel. She managed to capture my Mum to a tee in her Eulogy as she had with my Uncle. Very professional in her handling of the service, even forwarding a draft to ensure she had captured their life's as we had described to her. She wanted to get it right, a perfectionist. When my mum and I first met Rachel we felt at ease straight away and we knew we had made the right choice of person to tell my dads/family story at my dads funeral service. Rachel was so professional and organised and had sent me some ideas for my mum and I to consider prior to our meeting. Rachel was very thorough in her research of my dads life and it was a pleasure to sit with her telling our stories and memories of dad. When Rachel was conducting the service on the day it was as if a family friend was telling my dads story and it made us all feel more at ease because of this.
