Rachel's amazing caring personality from the very first meeting help us all through a really difficult time when we lost my amazing partner Neil . Her professionalism and mannor on the day kept everyone laughing crying and enjoying such a heart felt service . The amount of personal details that were captured really let everyone hear Neil's story perfectly.

Rachel recently performed a Celebration of the life of my wife Pat and did it perfectly. She has a very calm and easy manner which really came through at the service! Rachel came to my home giving up her valuable time on a Sunday. She sat while talking with my family and myself, taking notes the whole time. From this she prepared her Celebration of Pat’s Life and sent it for comment. There were only minor comments from us and when Rachel incorporated them into her service it was absolutely perfect and delivered with such professionalism and compassion. We would thoroughly recommend Rachel to anyone in need of such services. A true professional and a very lovely lady.

On the day of our Mum's funeral.(Nancy Hunter) The service was perfect.Rachel had us remembering our Mum the way we should.we laughed,we cried and left knowing our Mum would have said "that was a lovely service" Rachel on first meeting was so good with the family and we knew she would do us proud. Rachel done an absolutely outstanding job at my mums (Jennifer Hamilton) funeral, she really did bring all our memories back to life with my mum, she supported us all through the process and I couldnt have asked for anyone better. Rachel provided a beautiful service for my sister Elizabeth Finnigan (Liz). During an emotional time Rachel took the time to speak with myself and Liz's husband Robert and put together a special memorial of Liz's life. It was a reflection of good sad an emotional times delivered with exceptional heartfelt professionalism. Rachel puts everything into making sure the family are supported and their story is heard. Rachel Jaconelli has now led two deeply personal services for our family. First for my daughter’s funeral four years ago, and most recently for my brother Nigel. Choosing her again was an easy decision, and once again, she went above and beyond.

Rachel is compassionate, respectful, and incredibly supportive. She took the time to really understand who my brother was, and the service she delivered was heartfelt, genuine, and beautifully done. Her presence brought a calm, reassuring energy during a very emotional time.

She guided us with sensitivity and professionalism, making sure every detail felt right. Rachel’s care and warmth helped us through a very difficult moment, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did.

Rachel took the service at my father in law’s cremation on 11th August 2025, she did a wonderful job. She met with myself and my husband and we gave his life story and she made it into a lovely service and captured just what he was like.

Our Mum sadly passed away in Sept 2022, which Rachel provided the service for; therefore, when our Dad sadly passed away on 6 June 2025, we as a family immediately decided that Rachel was the ideal Celebrant that we would want to provide my Dad the service he deserved. During the planning of my Dads service, Rachel took the time to listen to my Dads life stories, of which she spoke about during the eulogy with compassion and sympathy. Rachel - thank you once again from Adam, James, Gordon and Karen.

I just want to thank Rachel for the fitting service she conducted for my husband. It was exactly as we wanted. Respectful and uplifting. Rachel is obviously very passionate about her job which showed in all interactions with her and never more so than in Jims service. Thank you from the botton of our hearts. 

Rachel conducted the service for the funeral of my mum. She came to meet with my family and I and was very professional throughout. The service was very touching and she captured my Mum very well. We even asked for a few changes, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Rachel.

I would be very happy to recommend Rachel's services. She recently took the service for my brother-in-law. Rachel came to speak to us prior to the funeral and was extremely professional and kind. She listened as we spoke about Stuart and wrote an empathetic Eulogy which really summed up his life and personality. She very quickly and efficiently sent drafts for us to read and called me to make any changes. On the day of the service Rachel's presentation was warm and compassionate. On Monday 10th February 2025 

Rachel conducted my 14months old daughters funeral. We couldn't have wished for a better person to do this job for us, Rachel was amazing from we met at home until the service was over Rachel also read a beautiful story to my 2 little angel girls called twinkle twinkle our 2 little stars. 

On Friday we said goodbye to my step dad and what a wonderful job Rachel done, from the first meeting to the day Rachel went over and beyond to make sure she had all the right details. The way Rachel conducted the service was perfect. She even gave me a gentle cuddle while I was struggling to say my tribute. I would highly recommend Rachel. Thank you so much again x
