I just wanted to drop you a note to say a huge thank you for helping us pay tribute to my dad today and to my gran a few weeks ago.

It has been an exceptionally difficult time for us, but your compassion and approach has been of great comfort to all of us. We genuinely couldn't have wished for a better person to lead their life celebrations. You helped us deliver services that captured their very essence and with some laughs in their too which was so important.

Having you do my dad's service so soon after my grans was bittersweet but it made the whole process a little bit easier to cope with.

We contacted Rachel after my father passed away to conduct his service at the graveside, as this was his final wish. 

Rachel spent over two hours with us beforehand, taking the time to listen to everything we wanted and ensuring the service would be personal and meaningful to Dad. She was incredibly compassionate and empathetic throughout the whole process, which helped put us at ease during such a difficult time. 

I had written my own eulogy for Dad, and Rachel was more than happy to read it as part of the service, while thoughtfully adding all of her own elements to create a beautiful and fitting tribute. 

On the day of the funeral, Rachel conducted the service perfectly. She was warm, professional and respectful, and many of our friends and family commented afterwards on how wonderful she was. 

We are extremely grateful to Rachel for helping us give Dad the farewell he deserved. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for someone to conduct a service for a loved one.

We would like to thank Rachel again for another fantastic service for the family which Rachel is the only one we would trust and recommend to anyone sadly needing this service. We have had Rachel unfortunately quite a bit over the last few years but Rachel gets everyone from different ages down to the letter. Can't thank you enough Rachel but as we said hopefully the next time we see each other its in Asda.

Hi Rachel, Thank you for your kind words and for doing such a wonderful job at Johns service. We cannot thank you enough. You truly are a 1st class lass and we wouldn't ever consider using anyone else. However, we've bid farewell to far too many this year thus far, so hopefully you'll get a break from us for a while. Regards to David and all the boys at Steeles they are always 1st class too.

When Sheila passed on, we knew exactly who she would want for her final cheerio. You have served our family well over the years Rachael with your kindness and professionalism and Sheila used to always say, "Doesn't she tell a story well". Well you came up trumps again. Thank you for the gift, we will plant the seeds at back of the garden in her memory. Thanks for everything from the Whitesides and Sally. 

After the sudden and heartbreaking loss of my brother-in-law in 2021, Rachel was entrusted with leading the service—and she carried it out with such grace and beauty that it stayed with us. When we experienced another loss in the family this year, there was never any doubt about who we would turn to.

Rachel has a remarkable way of honouring a life by celebrating how it was lived, rather than dwelling on its end. In doing so, she transformed an incredibly painful day into one filled with pride, love, and deep reflection. Once again, she captured the true spirit and essence of our loved one, delivering a service that was both moving and profoundly meaningful.

Rachel done a wonderful service for my uncle and she was absolutely incredible not only did she help me through such a difficult day she also called me the day before just to ask how I was and to let me know know that she would be with me every step of the way. Hey Rachel, 

I just wanted to get in touch to thank you for speaking the words my mum had written for my Gran at her funeral.

I don’t think you realise how much that meant to us as a family. We were everything to my Gran, and she was everything to us.

I hope you’re enjoying the beautiful weather, and please know that what you do truly makes a difference to families going through the loss of someone so close.

My Gran would have absolutely loved it...I’m certain of that.

When my mum passed away there was only 1 person we wanted to do thr service for us and that was Rachel. Rachel had also done my dad's service in 2023. 

Rachel captures the true person in her ceremonies after meeting with family. Rachel shows such compassion when learning about the person, also very compassionate with the family. She delivers the most amazing celebrations of life, myself and my family would like to thank rachel for making a very difficult time easier to manage.

Thank you Rachel for the lovely service you gave for our mum Helen Donachie. You kept us informed right from when we first contacting you until after the wake. You also did my dad's service four years ago with the same genuine dignity and professionalism. 

Rachel recently took the service for my Dads funeral, she carried this out with great compassion and professionalism. From the first meeting to putting the service together as well as the service on the day, Rachel could not have been more helpful. It is not the circumstances I would wish anyone to be in but I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone to help them through it. 

Thanks Rachel for doing such a great job of our mums funeral on the 10th April 2026. You done our dads service in 2022, and again delivered a fantastic service with great humour with and compassion.

From the moment we met Rachel we knew we had the right person for our lovely mum Isabels funeral. She was so kind and compassionate and made hard days that bit easier. She absolutely captured mums nature, from the sad parts to even a few funny parts as well. We also had Rachel come and say a few words at our mums ashes internment as well. Folk who attended mums funeral complimented Rachel on how she relayed mums service, all said it was a beautiful service and send of for our precious mum.
